- Complete onboarding questionnaire after logging into the app
- Upload progress pictures, measurements, and weight
- Your personalized schedule is made available in the app once you book a meeting with trainer. Allow up to 2 week for trainer to complete your personalized program. You will be given general material to follow until then.

- Connect with me in case of any queries via in-app chat or 1-1 video calls
