HELLO! I'M DEATRA I am a certified personal trainer, group instructor, and nutritional specialist. I have competed in mixed martial arts, boxing, powerlifting, motocross, school athletics, and bodybuilding. I also enjoy the fun obstacle races to challenge my body and push myself to my limits. I have been working with all ages and fitness levels for nearly 10 years. Within this time, I have gained the knowledge to help many people reach their goals no matter what life throws at them, or if they have many restrictions. I love working with people individually or in groups. I also have grown a love for online training. With my many options, I am able to help even more people.
